More than just our technical lead, Kieren is a specialist innovator, solving challenges with unique technology solutions. A highly capable and inventive systems architect and developer, he embraces the latest thinking, yet keeps our solutions focused on the people that use them and the business needs they serve.
GRAHAM CUTHBERT
Business operations team lead
Graham's a full-stack developer working across multiple projects, but as business operations team lead many other things fall into his lap - from recruitment to setting up IT systems. Footballer, father and fair-weather cyclist, Graham's key contribution is to keep knocking over our certifications and awards.
NICK PHILLIPS
Dev team lead
Using his experience as a scrum master, Nick develops the tools we use and the processes we follow. With a strong focus on empowering the team to be collaborative and self-organising, he loves to tackle large, complex problems, share knowledge and help others grow through mentoring.
JOHN HOPKIN
Delivery team lead
With a background in QA and project delivery in video games, John's obsession is with the quality and timeliness of the software and systems we deliver. Balancing a methodical approach with a seasoned instinct for gut feeling, John's a big part of getting the right solution out on time.

Product owner team lead
Lisa is an 18-year software veteran. For the past five years she's been our product owner team lead, talking to business owners, stakeholders and end users, and guiding our design and delivery to ensure the best possible user experience in our software.
